Kleine Zwischenmeldung - bin in Rackeve, ca 20km suedlich von Budapest. Lasse soeben Bilder von der Speicherkarte auf einen USB-Stick uebertragen, scheint ein etwas aelterer Rechner zu sein, dauert recht lange. USB 2.0 soll er jedenfalls haben wurde mir versichert.
Gestern abend traf ich einen echten Globetrotter, momentan reist er mit dem Kanu von Donaueschingen zum Schwarzen Meer.Er erzaehlte, dass er unter anderem durch die Wueste Gobi geradelt ist - siehe http://www.new-millennium-ride.org/gobistory.htm - Respekt!
To the french teachers who shared their lunch with me: I am still in the race :) Thanks again a lot for your first (mental) aid, I hope you carry on good. To all the others I met: Thanks a lot for the good wishes and stay tuned!-) Bisher meist Regen, etwa 2,5 Tage war sehr (zu) schoenes Wetter.
To the bikers fom the Netherlands I met north of Vienna: I hope zou got some wind from the back after all, I hat also after we met a lot of that :) I also hope the landlord got back his key for room 14, he seemed to be a bit desperate for it :).
Since the PC of the Computershop was so lame to transfer the pictures, I also managed to upload some of them (Radtour_08/tmp). bbl
